Director
Jack’s recruitment career started in 2010 when he joined Hill McGlynn (which later merged with Randstad) as a trainee consultant. After spending 3 years running a Trades & Labour desk, where he learnt from some of the best managers and consultants, Jack was given the opportunity to move to white collar recruitment.
In 2015, Jack assisted with opening and establishing Randstad’s Reading office which proved to be a great success.
Having gained considerable recruitment experience and knowledge it was the right time to establish his own recruitment company on the South Coast.

Director
When Russell joined the recruitment industry he already had a sound knowledge and technical understanding of construction gained as Contracts Manager within the industry.
It was no surprise when Russell quickly established himself as one of the top performers within Randstad. After 3 years and multiple awards, Russell joined forced with Jack and set up Bond Recruit.

Director
Being highly active and with a passion to strive for excellence, Jason joined the Parachute Regiment 3rd Battalion where he spent 13 years travelling the world and conducting active duties, including 3 tours of Afghanistan.
It was after this time that Jason set out for a new challenge, and was fortunate enough to step into recruitment. The high drive and passion to always deliver nothing but perfect, fell well into recruitment.
After winning multiple awards within Randstad, Jason wished to leave with Russell and Jack to assist the set up of Bond Recruit.
