I currently have a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager who will be working for a regional house builder within Dorset!

REQUIREMENTS:

CSCS, SMSTS and First aid

Residential / New build experience as a Contracts Manager

Ability to liaise with clients and manage a project to a high level whilst maintaining within budgets and standard expected as a Contracts Manager, you will have a number of responsibilities which of some include: 

Liaise with Subcontractors and Quantity Surveyors to ensure everything is running according to plan

Ensure that the work being completed is running in line with the client's and company's requirements

Arrange and lead meetings whether that is with colleagues or client's to make sure that progress is being made

Cost analysis on the projects being completed

Monitor and review quality assurance
