Driven by a genuine passion for the construction sector, I take pride in placing skilled candidates on some of the UK’s most dynamic and high-profile projects. With a background as a Contracts Manager in construction, I brought real-world industry insight into recruitment from day one. That hands-on experience gave me a unique edge—I knew exactly what clients and candidates needed because I’d lived it. After over a decade in recruitment and multiple industry accolades, the next step was clear: build something of my own.
