Our approved CIS intermediary companies are XXXXX. Due to the legal and financial risks associated with engaging CIS subcontractors, we are unwilling to consider any alternative CIS intermediary companies at this time.
Please note that you cannot be engaged as a CIS Subcontractor unless the client has confirmed that you will not be subject to supervision, direction or control as to the manner in which you perform the assignment. If the client does not provide this confirmation, you will be required to choose an alternative form of contracting at the relevant time.
Under the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003, contractors are given employment type protection, eliminating the commercial risk associated with being outside of IR35. IF YOU INTEND TO OPERATE OUTSIDE OF IR135, YOU SHOULD STRONGLY CONSIDER OPTING OUT OF THE CONDUCT REGULATIONS.
If either party decides to withdraw the Opt Out, they may do so by notifying us in writing. Any withdrawal will be effective from the end of any Assignment which is in progress at that time.

As one of the Representatives who will be performing the Services on behalf of the Contractor, I wish to Opt Out of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 under Regulation 23(9).
I consent to Bond Recruit Ltd representing me and seeking suitable engagement for me within the construction sector in the position which I have indicated in section 3 of this form or one which is similar.
I understand that (1) Quba Solutions Limited (trading as Bond Recruit) will be acting as an Employee Business when providing temporary work-finding service to me and (2) Bond Recruit Ltd will be acting as an Employment Agency if providing permanent work-finding services to me. I understand that Bond Recruit Ltd has no obligation to fine me any engagement and I am under no obligation to accept an offer of engagement which is made.
I have completed this Registration Form to the best of my knowledge and have not omitted any relevant details. I will notify Bond Recruit Ltd of any changes to my details or circumstances at the earliest opportunity. I understand that I may incur criminal or civil liability for making any false or misleading statements and, if applicable, any recruitment process or assignment which is in progress at the relevant time may be terminated without notice.
